Bootstrapping

The act of funding your game with your own savings, sanity, and relationships. Usually ends in Ramen Profitability or bankruptcy.

Boss Rush

A mode where you fight all the bosses in a row. For masochists who hate level design.

Bot

An AI player used to fill empty servers or farm gold. Often smarter than actual teammates.

Buff

A change that makes a weapon or character stronger. Usually followed by a Nerf next week.

Bullet Hell

Burn Rate

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

CC (Crowd Control)

Abilities that stop enemies from moving. The most annoying thing to play against in PvP.
